Lekshe Chodron

Lekshe Chodron has been practicing mindfulness, meditation and yoga since 2000 and Reiki since 2005. She is a mindfulness teacher and qualified yoga teacher and Reiki Master/Practitioner. She currently offers mindfulness classes as well as Reiki sessions, teaches yoga to both children and adults of all abilities and requirements and has worked with and mentored teenagers.

Mindfulness – Movement with Body and Breath
Come to a place within that is calm, centered presence and discover stillness, simplicity and contentment. Based on yogic practices these classes will include breath awareness with a series of simple and very gentle movements to encourage mindfulness, support healing, relaxation and breath-body-mind connection.

Yoga for Children
Fun classes using story and adventure to support learning through imitating, playing and singing. Designed for children from 6 to 10 years of age.

Yoga for Young People
Discover the benefits of inner peace and coolness of mind that can come from regular and simple practices. Designed for teenagers from 11 to 15 years of age.
