Saturday Morning Mindfulness in Movement Classes with Mira

Term 1 – 14/02/15 to 28/03/15 (7 weeks) – there is only 7 weeks in the first term for our public classes;

Term 2 – 09/05/15 to 27/06/15 (8 weeks);

Term 3 – 01/08/15 to 19/09/15 (8 weeks);

Term 4 – 17/10/15 to 05/12/15 (8 weeks);

The Saturday Morning classes will focus on Mindfulness in Movement, movements done very slowly, lying down, to help with settling into calm meditation states that are deeply relaxing. The primary focus will be calming the body so mindfulness can be present. These classes will be taught with good humour and have a spacious, meditative dynamic so people can explore what is arising within themselves.

These classes are suitable for a wide range of ages, and will be good for anyone who enjoys movement; people who have trouble settling their minds in meditation; people who enjoy meditation; people with body pain; body therapy; and people who are feeling stressed. Flexibility or fitness are not needed. Beginners to advanced welcomed.
