The Sphere Group has the lovely Aio Wira Centre booked for a residential weekend retreat on the weekend of 9th to 11th October.
The central theme of the weekend will be Mindfulness of Body and group meditation sessions and movement classes will be offered during the weekend on this theme.
There will also be ample time and space allowed for each of us to deepen our personal meditation and contemplation practices with the support of friends on the Path.
There are long walks to be had, quiet spaces for meditation and lots of floor space for individual movement practices. There will be the peaceful silence of people engaged in deep inner work, and wonderful meals cooked by Di.

Cost: $180/$100 for the weekend including all meals. There is an opportunity for sponsorship if these costs are prohibitive.
